Kazi ya Bwana ilifanyika katika viwanja vya kanisa la Pentekoste Tabata Kisiwa jijini Dar es Salaam Tanzania na kuhudhuriwa na watu wengi sana. Tamasha la uzinduzi wa albamu ya mtumishi wa Mungu Christina Shusho lilianza saa nane mchana siku ya Jumapili 02/03/2015. Watu walikaa pamoja wakifurahia uwepo wa Mungu uliotanda eneo hilo. Mungu alionekana akiwa mlinzi kwa wana wa Mungu waliofika siku hiyo. 

Mgeni Waziri wa Maliasili na Utalii Mh. Lozaro Nyarandu aliweza kuserebuka na kuacha watu wakiwa wameachama mdomo wazi wakishangaa kuona hata viongozi wa serikali wanaweza kuserebuka na kumtukuza Mungu. Hii inatokana na vile nyimbo za mwadada huyu kuwa na kibali kwa kila mtu na upako alionao. 

Mh. Nyarandu ni waziri ambaye amekuwa mstari wa mbele sana katika kuhakikisha kazi ya Mungu inasonga mbele, amekuwa mwepesi pale anapoombwa kushiriki katika sherehe na matamasha mbalimbali ya dini. Uwepo wa Mh. Nyarandu uliwafanya watu kubarikiwa sana kutokana na unyenyekevu wake na upole mbele za watu. 

Mh. Nyarandu hakijizuia na aliweza kutoa dola zake mfukoni na kumponeza Christina Shusho wakati akiimba, hii inatokana na kuguswa na uimbaji wake.

 Huu ndio umati wa watu waliojitokeza katika tamasha la shusho

Christina Shusho ni mwimbaji anayefanya kazi kwa bidii kuhakikisha kazi ya Mungu inakwenda mbele ikiwa katika viwango vya kimataifa machoni pa watu na mbele za Mungu.

For the first time in Tanzania, through TAWIA, widows gathering /enjoying together with their children on valentine  day .

TANZANIA WIDOWS ASSOCIATION - TAWIA
is an non – Governmental and non- profit making organization, registered under the laws of Tanzania, with the registration number 19708, under the societies act (Cap. 337 R.E. 2002)

Tawia dedicated to the Men and Women who have lost a spouse or significant other, and children who have lost a parent.

Our Motto: Bringing hope to the widows & their children
Our goal is to assist Men, Women, and children who are walking the unwelcome path of a devastating loss of a spouse, significant other or parent by providing educational, emotional, spiritual, physical and financial resources needed to move forward.

OUR STRATEGIC PLANNING

• To provide educational support programmes for children of widows.
• To provide counseling and support centers.
• To sources for funds and mobilize resources for the organization.
• To lend support to and cooperate with local, national and international organization with similar purpose

TAWIA works hard to serve our very special community. Being there for widows is especially important since many social service agencies, hospitals and hospice groups that might offer support are experiencing budget cutbacks. TAWIA helps women rebuild their lives for as long as they need us. For those reasons, we’re working harder than ever to raise the funding to back our programs and services, pursuing public and private grants and charitable foundation support. In addition, in the same way that the TAWIA looks to its own for emotional support, we also look to those among us who can help us financially so we can continue to fulfil our mission. For example, we actively seek corporate sponsorship and the generosity of individuals.

When a woman becomes a widow in Africa there is usually no money for living purposes let alone educating their children. As a result children are quite often forced to work either in the streets or in factories. Sending a child to school is a cost a widow can’t afford as they need a uniform, exercise books, etc.
Therefore, we have helped finding support to educate children and here is an update on the numbers.
Before I provide any figures I just want to advise that when our supporters help us to send a child to school we make a 5 year commitment. This means there is a guarantee in place that the education they receive is long lasting rather than stopping and starting which isn’t particularly helpful.
